Order and delivery terms for Ravintola Osku’s catering services. (Lentokonetehtaan Ravinto-osuuskunta, Business ID 0155369-4)


Order lunch from 10.00am-2.00pm  when the online store updates on weekday mornings, collect your lunch from Ravintola Osku between 10.00am-2.00pm (Kalmar/Cargotec office building, Ruskontie 55). Please note. Cakes must be ordered 2 weekdays before collection. Changing meals must be ordered on weekdays one day before collection; not on Saturdays or public holidays! Our collection service is open on weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 10.00am-2.30pm. Collection services at other times must be agreed separately in advance.

Please note! Add the collection date and time to the comments section of your order on the Osku online store before payment. You will first receive a message confirming that we have received your order. Then you will receive another email once your order is ready and has been processed. Once your order has been processed, you will be able to collect your order at the date and time you gave in the additional information.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge two days before collection.
If an order is cancelled one day before collection or on the day of collection, we will charge for the order in full.


  1. You can collect products from Ravintola Osku at the agreed time on weekdays from 10.00am-2.30pm, at the address Ruskontie 55, 33710 Tampere (Kalmar/Cargotec office building). Your order will be delivered to the main entrance of Kalmar/Cargotec. Once you’re at the main entrance, call +358 (0)40 86 58 996 and give your name, and your order will be brought to the door. (if necessary, please contact our customer services osku@ravintolaosku.fior +358 (0)40 8658 996).
  2. Kalmar/Cargotec staff can collect their orders from inside the restaurant.


Kalmar/Cargotec staff can choose to pay for their products upon collection using JotBar. If you wish to do so, select the payment upon collection option on the online store. You can also pay using Paytrail.

Anyone who is not Kalmar/Cargotec staff must pay using the Finnish Paytrail online payment service. If you later add to your order, you can pay for any additions upon collection or by placing an additional order on the online store. Learn more about the payment methods and terms at the checkout. Check that you have received confirmation of your order to the email address you provided (if you have not received order confirmation, please contact our customer services osku@ravintolaosku.fior call +358 (0)40 8658 996). If you wish to submit a complaint, please contact us within 3 days. 

The payment forwarding service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), which operates in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will show as the payment recipient on your bank or card statement and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is authorised to operate as a payment institution. If you have any complaints, we kindly request that you first contact the product supplier.

We reserve the right to cancel your order within one day or on the same day as the date of your order if it is not possible for us to provide the ordered products in a force majeure situation. We will refund your payment. We will notify you of the cancellation by telephone, and by email if we are unable to reach you by phone.
