We sell the food left over from lunch affordably on our online store to keep our food waste low. We donate stale bread to horses. If you can make use of the crusts, contact us to be put on our donation list.
We’ve swapped our take-away containers for an eco-friendlier model. We have given the buckets and canisters that accumulated in our kitchen away to our customers for free. We also recycle bottles, glass, and metal, and we take food waste for composting.
We use Kiilto cleaning products from Lempäälä. The company’s Promise to the Environment guarantees that the products burden the environment as little as possible.
